五、参赛对象
本次大赛分书法专业组、兴趣爱好组、国际留学生组，各组参赛选手条件如下：
1、书法专业组条件：全省普通高等学校（包括本科院校、民办大学、职业技术学院、研究院等）所学专业为美术学（书法艺术方向）、美术学（书法教育方向）、美术学（书法理论与创作方向）、美术学（书法篆刻方向）、历史学（书法文献方向）以及其他所有书法相关专业的在校大学生（含专科、本科、硕士研究生、博士研究生）。
2、兴趣爱好组条件：全省普通高等学校（包括本科院校、民办大学、职业技术学院、研究院等）所学专业为非书法相关专业的在校大学生（含专科、本科、硕士研究生、博士研究生）。
3、国际留学生组条件：全省普通高等学校（包括本科院校、民办大学、职业技术学院、研究院等）非中国国籍的国际留学生（含专科、本科、硕士研究生、博士研究生）。
六、征稿要求
1、内容：健康向上的古今诗词、楹联、文赋等（须标出原作者及篇名，附作品释文），提倡自作诗词联赋。书写古代诗文者，应注意使用权威版本，要保持内容的相对连贯、完整；
2、规格：投稿作品分为书法、篆刻两个部分：
（1）书法：书法作品书体不限，一律竖式，不超过六尺整张宣纸（180cm×
97cm，包括装饰衬纸）；不收册页、长卷作品；所有作品请勿装
裱；不符合尺寸要求的作品不予评选，请参赛选手严格按照尺寸书
写；
（2）篆刻：篆刻作品寄印稿6-10方，附两个以上边款，贴在4尺对开的竖
式宣纸上；
3、本次大赛不收刻字和硬笔作品；
4、请在作品背面右下角用铅笔正楷注明：姓名、性别、所在学校；草书、篆书请附释文，连同《投稿登记表》一并寄出；
5、投稿登记表分为书法专业组、兴趣爱好组、国际留学生组，请参赛选手对应填写；

7、费用：本次大赛不收取参赛费、装裱费。
七、作品评审
组委会将秉承“公正、公平、公开”的原则，通过初评、复评和终评的方式评选出：
书法专业组优秀作品奖20件、入选作品奖30件；
兴趣爱好组优秀作品奖20件、入选作品奖40件；
国际留学生组国际友谊奖若干件。
八、作者待遇
1、向优秀作品奖作者、入选作品奖作者及国际友谊奖作者颁发获奖证书、奖牌、作品集1本、纪念品、纪念手袋及奖品；
2、本次大赛荣获优秀作品奖的作者，作为加入辽宁省书法家协会会员条件；
3、优秀作品奖作品和入选作品奖作品将在辽宁省内部分高校巡回展出；
4、水墨丹心艺术工作室微信平台（微信号：shufa-china）将会对优秀作品奖的作者进行人物专访宣传。
九、社团评比
本次大赛将通过各高校书法协会参赛的综合情况，评选若干优秀书法协会，入选的书法协会将会获得证书及奖品。
十、征稿时间
1、征稿截止日期为2015年5月22日，以当地邮戳为准；
2、收稿日期为2015年5月20日——2015年5月26日；
3、各高校书法协会统一交稿日期为2015年5月23日—2015年5月26日。

1、投稿作品必须为本人原创，凡是发现或被举报作者代笔等问题，经组委会核实，证据确凿，将依据有关规定给予处理（举报邮箱：lngxsf@126.com）；
2、组委会对参赛作品有展览、研究、摄影、录像、出版及宣传权等，凡投稿者视为认同并遵守本启事各项规定；
3、所有来稿一律不退；
4、组委会将会以短信形式通知获奖选手，并在水墨丹心艺术工作室微信公众平台上公布获奖名单，请各位选手保持手机畅通并关注微信公众平台（微信号：shufa-china）；
5、首展及颁奖时间：六月中下旬，具体时间地点另行通知；

Contribution Announcement of the 2nd University Students Calligraphy Competition in Liaoning Province
To implement the spirit of strengthening country with culture proposed at the 18th National People’s Congress, to promote Chinese traditional culture more international, to speed up university campus culture constructions , to keep a healthy and sustainable development of the University Calligraphy Associations in Liaoning Province, as well as to deepen university students’ cultural continuity concepts, to enrich students university life, and to dig more high quality calligraphy talents, the 2nd University Students Calligraphy Competition in Liaoning Province will be held by Liaoning Provincial Calligrapher Association, Liaoning Provincial Students’ Union Secretariat , Calligraphy Educating Research Institute of Shenyang Normal University, University Calligraphy Associations’ Union in Liaoning Province. 5. Candidate Category
We have divided candidates into three categories--professional group, amateur group, and international group.
1. Professional group: Candidates from all universities in Liaoning, major in calligraphy art, calligraphy educating, calligraphy theoretical, calligraphy carving, calligraphy history and other majority related to calligraphy. (Including academy students, undergraduates, postgraduate students, PhD students.)
2. Amateur group: Candidates from all universities in Liaoning, major in unrelated to calligraphy. (Including academy students, undergraduates, postgraduate students, PhD students.)
3. International group: Candidates from all universities in Liaoning, whose nationality are not Chinese. (Including academy students, undergraduates, postgraduate students, PhD students.)
6. Requirements About the Works
1. Content: Candidates should choose positive and healthy traditional poems, couplets, and articles (entitle the writer’s name and the work’s name as well as the explanation of the work). Encouraging students write their original poems and articles. If candidates choose the old poems, they should choose authorized version, and keep the content fluently and completely.
2. Size: Contributions can be either of these two forms—calligraphy and seal cutting
(1) Calligraphy: unlimited style, all in vertical pattern, no bigger than 180cm*97cm; no longer works, no album; no mount; no appraising if the work doesn’t fix the rules.
(2) Seal cutting: 6-10 seal stamps, attached more than two inscriptions in 136cm*34cm vertical paper.
3. No inscribing work and pen-and-ink calligraphy.
4.Please write down clearly at the back of the work in the right corner: your name, gender, university; As for running style(xing shu) and seal style(zhuan shu), please send us the explanation together with the work and registration form.
5. Please fill in the form below carefully according to your group—professional group, amateur group and international group.
6. Registration form can be downloaded at www.dbzxqyw.com.
7. No fees at all.
7. Evaluation About Works
The works will be evaluated from the primary appraising, reconfirm tasting, and final evaluating by the organizing committee, based on the principle “just, fair, and open”.
In professional group, excellent works will be 20 pieces, and enlisted works will be 30 pieces.
In amateur group, excellent works will be 20 pieces, and enlisted works will be 40 pieces.
For international group, international friendship winners will be given to.
8. Prize
1. Authors of excellent works, enlisted works and winners of international friendship will get the certificate, medal, works album, souvenirs and prize.
2. Authors whose works belong to excellent works will have the chance to be a member of Liaoning Provincial Calligrapher Association.
3. Excellent works and enlisted works will have a tour exhibition in different universities in Liaoning.
4. Ink Heart Art Studio weichat platform will give individually interview of those authors with excellent works.
9. Competition among Associations
The organizers will choose a few excellent calligraphy associations according to the calligraphy works they submit. The final enlisted associations will get prize and certificate.
10. Contribution Time
1. Deadline for contribution is 22nd May, 2015, subject to the local postmark.
2. Receiving works will start at 20th May, 2015 to 26th May, 2015.
3. Calligraphy Associations of every university need hand in calligraphy works at the same time all from 23rd May to 26th May, 2015.

12. Notices that matters
1. The contribution to the competition must be original. Otherwise, as long as we check out, it will be taken seriously according to certain provisions. (Tips-off email address: lngxsf@126.com)
2. If you participate in the competition, you should be clearly aware that the competition organizing committee has the right to exhibit, do researches, photograph, video recording, publish and advertise your work. At the minute you contribute, we regard you consent to these rules and will obey.
3. No refund of your work.
4. The organizing committee will inform candidates through phone message as well as publish the winners at shufa-china weichat platform. So all the candidates please keep your phone on and pay attention on the weichat platform. (weichat platform: shufa-china)
5. Time for the first round exhibition and awards will around late June. We will inform you later for the exactly time and place.
6. University Calligraphy Associations’ Union in Liaoning Province reserves all the right for the final explanation.
